Bu Kullanım Şartları, SpendSafe uygulamasını ve hizmetlerini kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam ederek bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
1 Hizmet Tanımı
SpendSafe, kişisel finans takibi için geliştirilmiş bir yazılım uygulamasıdır. Windows masaüstü, iOS ve Android platformlarında kullanılabilir.
Hizmet, Erda Sherebet (Sherebet Developers) tarafından sağlanmaktadır.
2 Hesap Koşulları
- Kayıt için 13 yaşından büyük olmanız gerekmektedir.
- Hesap bilgilerinizin doğruluğundan siz sorumlusunuz.
- Hesabınızın güvenliğini korumak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
- Bir kişi yalnızca bir hesap açabilir.
3 Ücretsiz ve Premium Plan
SpendSafe iki plan sunmaktadır:

Ücretsiz Plan: Sınırlı özelliklerle süresiz kullanım. Herhangi bir ödeme gerekmez.

Premium Aylık: €4.99/ay — sınırsız özellikler.

Premium Yıllık: €39.99/yıl — sınırsız özellikler, %33 tasarruf.
💳 Tüm ödemeler yalnızca web tarayıcısı üzerinden yapılır. Mobil uygulama (iOS/Android) üzerinden herhangi bir ödeme ekranı bulunmamaktadır.
4 Abonelik ve ��deme
- Ödemeler Stripe güvenli ödeme altyapısı üzerinden işlenir.
- Aylık abonelik her ay aynı tarihte otomatik yenilenir.
- Yıllık abonelik her yıl aynı tarihte otomatik yenilenir.
- İptal etmediğiniz sürece aboneliğiniz otomatik devam eder.
5 İptal ve İade Politikası
Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal sonrası mevcut dönem sonuna kadar premium özelliklerden yararlanmaya devam edersiniz.

AB Tüketici Hakları: Avrupa Birliği tüketicileri, satın alma tarihinden itibaren
14 gün içinde herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin iade talep edebilir. İade için
info@sherebetdeveloper.com adresine yazın.
14 günlük süre dışındaki iade talepleri değerlendirmeye alınır ancak garanti edilmez.
6 Kabul Edilemez Kullanım
Aşağıdaki kullanımlar kesinlikle yasaktır:
- Uygulamayı yasadışı amaçlarla kullanmak
- Sisteme yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmak
- Başkalarının verilerine izinsiz erişmek
- Uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözmeye çalışmak
- Hizmetin işleyişini bozmak veya aşırı yük bindirmek
7 Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
SpendSafe bir finans takip aracıdır. Finansal kararlarınızın sorumluluğu tamamen size aittir. Uygulama, finansal danışmanlık hizmeti sunmamaktadır.
⚠️ Veri kaybı, sistem kesintisi veya teknik arızalardan dolayı oluşabilecek kayıplardan Sherebet Developers sorumlu tutulamaz. Düzenli yedekleme yapmanızı öneririz.
8 Hizmet Değişiklikleri
Sherebet Developers, SpendSafe'i önceden bildirim yaparak veya yapmadan güncelleme, değiştirme veya durdurma hakkını saklı tutar. Önemli değişiklikler kullanıcılara e-posta ile bildirilecektir.
9 Hesap Silme
Hesabınızı silmek istediğinizde tüm verileriniz kalıcı olarak silinir. Hesap silme işlemi geri alınamaz.

10 Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu şartlar Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti hukuku kapsamında değerlendirilir. AB tüketicileri için ilgili AB tüketici koruma mevzuatı da geçerliliğini korur.

1 Service Description
SpendSafe is a software application developed for personal finance tracking. It is available on Windows desktop, iOS and Android platforms.
The service is provided by Erda Sherebet (Sherebet Developers).
2 Account Terms
- You must be over 13 years old to register.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information.
- Maintaining the security of your account is your responsibility.
- One person may only open one account.
3 Free and Premium Plans
SpendSafe offers two plans:

Free Plan: Unlimited use with limited features. No payment required.

Premium Monthly: €4.99/month — unlimited features.

Premium Yearly: €39.99/year — unlimited features, 33% savings.
💳 All payments are made exclusively through a web browser. There is no payment screen in the mobile app (iOS/Android).
4 Subscription and Payment
- Payments are processed through Stripe's secure payment infrastructure.
- Monthly subscriptions automatically renew on the same date each month.
- Annual subscriptions automatically renew on the same date each year.
- Your subscription continues automatically unless cancelled.
5 Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you continue to enjoy premium features until the end of the current period.

EU Consumer Rights: European Union consumers may request a refund within
14 days of purchase without giving any reason. For refunds, write to
info@sherebetdeveloper.com.
Refund requests outside the 14-day period are evaluated on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
6 Prohibited Use
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Using the application for illegal purposes
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system
- Accessing other users' data without permission
- Attempting to reverse engineer the application
- Disrupting the service or causing excessive load
7 Limitation of Liability
SpendSafe is a finance tracking tool. You are entirely responsible for your financial decisions. The application does not provide financial advisory services.
⚠️ Sherebet Developers cannot be held responsible for losses arising from data loss, system downtime or technical failures. We recommend making regular backups.
8 Service Changes
Sherebet Developers reserves the right to update, modify or discontinue SpendSafe with or without prior notice. Important changes will be communicated to users via email.
9 Account Deletion
When you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted. Account deletion cannot be undone.

10 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. For EU consumers, relevant EU consumer protection legislation also remains in effect.
